Open your lists
In Cinopsys, head to the Lists area, where your watchlist and any custom lists live together.

Create a new list
Start a new list and give it a clear name — Comfort Shows, Movie Night, Before It Leaves Netflix. The name is the whole point, so make it specific.

Add any movie or show
Search for a title and add it to your list. There's no limit to what you can pile in, and a title can sit in more than one list at once.

Organize and filter
Reorder items so the next pick is on top, and use Cinopsys's filters — genre, year, rating, runtime — to slice a long list down to exactly what fits the moment.

Sync it or back it up
If you've connected Trakt or Simkl, your lists sync there automatically. Running standalone? They're saved with your library and included in your Google Drive backup.
