By downloading or using Cinopsys, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Cinopsys is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to track movies and TV shows, sync with Trakt, Simkl, MDBList or WeTrakr, and discover new content.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Cinopsys offers optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android): one-time tips, a one-time Lifetime supporter purchase, and auto-renewable Yearly and Monthly supporter subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.

What they unlock: the Lifetime purchase and both subscriptions unlock the premium app icons. Tips are optional and unlock nothing.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not renew.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (one year or one month) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account when you confirm the purchase, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price.
Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (iOS) or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. When a subscription ends, the premium icons stop being available and the app returns to its default icon, unless you also own Lifetime.
Restoring: use “Restore purchases” in the app to restore Lifetime and subscriptions you bought with the same Apple Account or Google account.
Refunds and billing: payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refund requests and billing questions follow their policies.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trakt, Simkl, MDBList or WeTrakr account credentials
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app

Third-Party Services

Cinopsys integrates with third-party services including Trakt, Simkl, MDBList, WeTrakr and TMDb. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

Cinopsys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinopsys and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
