Within each series, yes. Across series, no - Raimi, Webb and Holland are separate continuities. The exception is No Way Home, which pays off all three and is far better if you have seen the earlier films.

Spider-Man has been rebooted twice and then had all three versions share a screen. The films split cleanly into four runs, and only one of them, Tom Holland's, depends on anything outside itself.
